Number 4 to the .Agreement for Maintenance of the Statn Highwp..y
in the City of Newport Beach dated. July 1, 1958.

THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City
of Newport Beach that said Amendment Number 4• is hereby approved
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 8th day of December, 1958.
