2I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NMIPORT BEACH. ACCEPTING A GRANT -OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, Earl S. Cook and Pauline M. Cook have executed-
5 a grant of easement to the City of Newport Beach conveying an
6. easement for the purpose of installing, constructing, improving,
7 repairing, replacing and maintaining a sewer main and appurtenance;
8" in, over and under that certain real property situated in the City
9 of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described
10 as follows:
11 I The northeasterly four (4) feet of Parcel B, of
the City of Newport Beach, Resubdivision No. 98
12 I as recorded in Book 4935, page 193, official
jl records of Orange County, California;

15 U]HEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept sa
16 grant of easement for such purposes;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
18 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
19 and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and at-
20 tach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of
211 said grant of easement in the County Recorder's office.
22 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
23 City of Newport Beach at a regular meeting on the 25th day of
29 January , 1960, by the following vote, to wits
25 AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsley, Atkinson,
26 Higbie, Stoddard-, Bart, Lorenz, Somers
27 NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
28 ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
