1 RESOLUTION NO. 5162
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
• OF NE9PORT BEACH.AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
3 A P RKIT AND LICENSE

5 AREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain Permit and License whereby
7 the City grants to the Science Explorer Scouts, Post 201, a permit
8 license, and privilege to use and occupy a portion of the Cityts
9 Corporation Yard; and
10 WIM -REAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said Permit and License and found them to be fair
12 and equitable;
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
14 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
15 Permit and License on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
16 This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the
17 City of Newport Beach at a_ regular meeting on the 8th day of
18 February, 1960, by the following vote, to wit:
19 AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kingsleys Atkinson,
20 Higbie, Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers
21 NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
