RESOLUTION NO. 5353
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING THE CONCESSION AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE
OPERATION OF SAID CONCESSION ON THE BALBOA PIER
WHEREAS, the City Council has heretofore called for
proposals for the operation of a lunch stand and live bait con-
cession on the Balboa Pier; and
WHEREAS, a number of proposals have been submitted to th
City in accordance therewith; and
WHEREAS, said proposals have been submitted to a commit-
tee appointed by the City Council for evaluation; and
WHEREAS, said committee has made certain findings and
submitted them to the City Council;
NOM, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AND ORDERED:
10 The City Council hereby awards the lunch stand and
live bait concession on the Balboa Pier to John Charles Kirk
2. The Nayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the license agreement for the operation of
said lunch stand and live bait concession on the Balboa Pier
between the City and John Charles Kirk
in the form heretofore approved by the City Council.
