2 A RESOLUTTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
Td:MFORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
3 CONSTRUCTION OF A CITY MALL YETI- PURPOSE ROOM

5 1rZZR,AS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
6 consisting of the construction of a City Hall emulti- purpose room
7 in the City of Newport Beach in accordance with the plans and
8 specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 9th
9 day of February, 1961, and publicly opened and declared; and
10 WHEMAS2 it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
11 therefor is Sonnenberg Builders s
12 NC532 T REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of
Sonnenberg Builders
13 in the aasount of $5,678 be accepted
14 and that the contract for the construction work be awarded to said
15 bidder.
16 BE IT FURTMR RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk. are
17 hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
18 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
19 of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
20 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
