A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
bM7PORT BEACH AWARTBING A CONTRACT F'OR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A COMFORT STATION, l5TH STREET
BEACH
AREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
consisting of the construction of a comfort station, 15th Street
Beach, in the City of Newport Beach in accordance with the playas
specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 2nd
of February, 1961, and publicly opened and declared; and
IREAS, it appears that the lowest respoqsible bidder
therefor is Crosby Construction Co.;
NOW$ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of Crosby
Construction Co. in the amount of $25,250.00 be accepted and that
the contract for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
BE IT FURT12R RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
j hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
with the specifications, bad and this award on behalf of the City
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
an executed copy to the successful bidden.
