• RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENTS IN NEPTUNE
AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT IN SAID CITY
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of the
City of Newport Beach,, California,, an. assessment to represent the
costs and expenses of the work and improvement done pursuant to
proceedings had and taken under and pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 5186 adopted the 14th day of March 19601 and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has duly given Notice in. the
manner provided by law of the filing of said assessment and of the
time set for hearing; and
WHEREAS, said City Council is now satisfied as to the
proper completion of the work and of the spreading of the assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said assessment and diagram, the proceed-
ings leading up to the same, and all acts and determinations of
all officers of the City of Newport Beach, California,, in. relation
to the work done and to the said assessment and the diagram attached
thereto be, and the same hereby are, ratified and confirmed, and the
1-1 Superintendent of Streets is hereby ordered and directed to attach
to said Assessment a Warrant in the manner and form provided by law,
said Warrant bearing date of this Resolution., and is further ordered
to deliver said Warrant, Diagram and Assessment to the Contractor,
or its assignee, as the case may be, forthwith upon payment of the
incidental expenses due thereon.

and signed by the Mayor, and attested by the City
Clerk, all at a .regular meeting of said
City Council held on the. 27th day of February,
1961, and that the same was passed and adopted by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Kingsley, Atkinson, Cook,
Stoddard, Hart, Lorenz, Somers
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
