FOR Ta]- COraSTRUCTION OF IkTROV'V.T1Zk ?TS REQUIRED
AS EA CONDITIO-T OF.APPROVING RESUBDIVISION NO. R -128
&AREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Richard V. Jordan,
subdivider under Restf divisioin No. 8-128 (portion of hot 3, Tract
1125), agrees to construct street and other public improvements
required as a condition of approving said resubdivision; and
&KERZAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with tae
Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
&3tIEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement aid
found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance wit�n the
provisions of the Code;
NOW, THKIEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the mayor and City
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
security is approved by the City manager as to sufficiency and the
City Attorney as to.form.
