• 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EIECUTION OF AN
3 AGREMENT WITH THE COkk1UNITY YOUTH CENTER OF
NEWPORT HARBOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF.A
4 RETAINING WALL
6 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City of
8 Newport Beach and the Community Youth Center of Newport Harbor
9 for the construction of an extension to the retaining wall along
10 the northerly side of Fifth Avenue extending westerly from the
11 northerly prolongation of Iris Avenue adjoining the baseball diamo.
12 at the Corona Del 14ar Youth Center; and
13 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equit-
15 able;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement be
17 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
18 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beacl
19 ADOPTED this 8th day f January 962
