A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NECTP®RT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF FORD ROAD [MATER MAIN
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
consisting of the construction of Ford Road water main in the City
of Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 18th day of January,
1962, and publicly opened and declared; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is L. L. iD®BRINS CONSTRUCTION CO., INC.;
N %79 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of L. L.
YDobkins Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $16,317 be
accepted and that the contract for the construction work be
to said bidder.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
an executed copy to the successful bidder.
