1 RESOLUTION NO.
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF k01P0RT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, Roger De Young has executed a grant of easement
5 granting to the Cityof Newport Beach an easement for a storm drain
6 conduit and appurtenances in, over, and under that certain real
7 property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
811 California, described as follows:
9 A strip of land 5 feet wide in Lots.12 and 13,
Block 11, Tract 772, as shown on a map recorded in
10 Book 23, pages 5 and 6 of Miscellaneous Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
11 California, said strip lying.2.5 feet on each side
of the common line between said Lots 12 and 13 and
12 extending to the end lines of said lots;
13 and
14� L3HEREAS2 it is to the interest of the City to accept
15 said grant of easement for such purposes;
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
17 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
18 and.the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and
19 attach a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording
20 of said grant of easement in the County Recorder's offic
