2 I. RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NMPORT BACK AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGR.M-20T WITH MNK H. AYRES & SON, SUBDIVIDER,
FOR TIM CONS`CRUCTION OF INi?ROVM2NTS IN TM. CT
4 N0. 4601

6 WHER S, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which Frank H. Ayres &
8 Son, subdivider of Tract No. 4601, agrees to construct street and
9 other public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision.; and
10 LREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
11 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
12 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
13 TAI S, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
14 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
15 the provisions of the Code;
16 NOW2 THEIREFORR, BR IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
17 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
18I1same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
1911 security is approved by the City Manages as to sufficiency and.
20 the City Attorney as to form.
21 ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 1963.
