as presented to the City 'Council of the City of New? ort Beach a
certain map entitled "VAW.TION OF NORTI- MASTERLY ONE FOCI OF 4JLZY
IN T3. 444418, Drawing No. RAT - 5002 -L, dated 1- 11 -63, showing a
portion of an alley east of 'Tustin Avenue between Del Mace Avenue
and Anniversary Lane in the City of Newport Beach which the City
is considering vacating, closing up and abandoning, and uhich
portion is more particularly described as follows:
Tyne northeasterly I foot of the southeasterly 6100
feet of the northeasterly alley, 28 feet in width, of
Tract No. 4444 in the City of Newrport Beacl., County
of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in Boots 155, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps in the
office of the County Recorder o;' said County. For
the purpose of gals description, the southeasterly
line of said allay is the southeasterly line of said
Tract.
HOW$ THEREFORE9 BE IT RESOLVED that said neap be and is
hereby approved and adopted, and the City Clerk is ordered and
directed to file the same in the proceedings for the abandonment
of said portion of said alley.
ADOPTED this 28th day of January, 1963.
