_ 2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

4 WHEREAS, William Oldenburg and Etta Oldenburg have
5 executed a grant of easement granting to the City of Newport Beach
6 a temporary construction easement over the following- described
7 real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
8 State of California, to wit:
9 That portion of Carnation Avenue (formerly 30th
Avenue) as shown on the Map of Corona del Mar
10 recorded in Book 3, Pages 41 & 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
11 as follows:
12 The Northwesterly 15 feet of the Southeasterly 25
feet of said Carnation Avenue bounded on the South -
13 west by the Northwesterly prolongation of the South-
westerly line of Lot 2, Block 231, of said Corona
14 del Mar, and bounded on the Northeast by the North-
westerly prolongation of the Northeasterly line of
15 the Southwesterly 10 feet of Lot 8, said Block 231,

which easement shall
terminate upon
the completion of the construc-
17
tion work for which
it was granted;
and
18 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
19 said grant of easement for such purposes;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council of
21 the City of Newport Beach that said grant of easement be accepted
22 and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to execute and attach
23 a certificate of acceptance and consent to the recording of said
24 grant of easement in the County Recorder's office at such time as
25I the Director of Public Works determines such recording to be
26 necessary.
