A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF

A.LICENSE.AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
6
of the City of Newport Beach a certain License Agreement between
7
the City of Newport Beach and George C, Hiner, wherein the City
8
grants to George C, Hiner a license, privilege and right of
9
operating a lunch stand and live bait concession on Newport Pier;
10
and
11
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12
conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equi-
13
table;
14
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
15
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
16
agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
17
ADOPTED this 13th day of January, 1964.
