2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BFACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH THE BLUFFS, SUBDIVIDER, FOR TFF.
CONSTRUCTION OF.IMPROVEMENTS IN.TRACT NO. 5480

5 &RMREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which The Bluffs, sub-
7 divider of Tract No. 5480, agrees to construct street and other
8 public improvements necessary to serve said subdivision; and
9 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
10 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
11 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
12 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
13 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
14 the provisions of the Code;
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
16 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
17 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
18 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and
19 the City Attorney as to form.
20 ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 1964.
