2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Ok
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
3 GRANT DEED

5 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach pursuant to a contract
6 dated the 26th day of August, 1963, authorized by City Council
7 Resolution No. 5652, agreed to convey to Edker Pope the following
8 described real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Oran
9 State of California:
10 That portion of that certain 100 foot strip of land in
the City of Newport Beach, county of Orange, state of
11 California, described in the deed to :Pacific Electric
Railway Company recorded November 14, 1935, in book.
12 785 page 457 of Official Records of said county,
13 described as follows:
14 Beginning at the most northerly corner of lot 20, block
127, Lake Tract, as per map recorded in book 4 page 13
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county
15 recorder of said county; thence South 19° 42' 30" Z,ast
16 66.56 feet along the northeasterly line of said block.
127 to the true point of beginning; thence South
17 190 42' 30" East 365.22 feet along said northeasterly
line; thence North 83° 23' 00" East 22.18 feet to the
18 beginning of a curve concave westerly having a radius
of 15.00 feet; thence easterly and northerly 26.99
19 feet along said curve through a central angle of
1030 05' 307'; thence North 19° 42' 30'' E3est 333,12
20 feet to the.beginning of a curve concave southwesterly
having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence northerly and
21 westerly 16.84 feet along said curve through a central
angle of 64° 19' 14" to a compound curve concave south -
22 erly having a radius of 200.00 feet; thence westerly
33.75 feet along said curve through a central angle of
23 90 40' 05" to the true point of beginning.
24 SUB.�ECT TO easements, restrictions, reservations, condi-
tions and covenants of record;
25 and
26 WHEREAS, in order to carry out said agreement, it is
27 necessary to execute and deliver a grant deed conveying said
28 property as aforesaid ;.
29 NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
30 Clerk_xd�re hereby authorized and directed to execute a grant
31 dod !on behali,'of the City of Newport Beach pursuant to said contr
32 ADOPTED this 10th day of February, 1964.
