RESOLUTION NO. 5919
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEUTPO'T BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGRE RMT 7ITH THE PRESBYTERY OF LOS ANGELES,
SUBDIVID33R FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF I1dPRO;7M0,L.NTS

611 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
7 the City of Newport Beach an agreement in which The 2resbytery of
8 Los Angeles, subdivider under Resubdivision No. 144 (Presbyterian
9 Church Site), agrees to construct street and other public improve -
10 ments required as a condition of approving said resubdivision; area
1111 WHEREAS, subdivider has furnished security to assure the
12 faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with the
13 Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
14 e31-i %M&S, the City Council has reviewed said agreement
15 and found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with
16 the provisions of the Code;
17 NONT2 T:IW02O1vL2 BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
18 Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute the
19 same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
20 security is approved by the City Manager as to sufficiency and the
21 City Attorney as to form.
