1 RESOLUTION NO. 6094
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH LIMITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES
31 ON CERTAIN STREETS

5 WORMS, Section 3259 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code
6 provides that when authorized signs are in place giving notice
71 thereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle between
8 the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6 :00 p.m. of any day for a period of
9 time longer than two (2) hours upon such streets or portions
10 thereof as the City Council shall designate by resolution, and
11 when special parking or traffic conditions require different hours
12 or days of parking restrictions, the City Council may by resolution
13 vary the hours and days during which the foregoing restrictions
14 shall be in effect; and
15 WHEREAS, it is necessary to limit the parking of vehicles
16 as hereinafter provided;
17 NGW2 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the parking of vehicl
18 between the hours of 8 :00 a.m. and 4 :00 p.m. be limited to two (2)
19 hours each day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from Sep -
20 tember 10 to June 12 of each year on the following streets or
2111 portions thereof:
22 1. The east and west sides of St. Andrews Road
from 15th Street to Haven Place,

2. The north and south sides of Haven Place from
24 Irvine Avenue to Ste Andrews Road.
25 3. The north and south sides of 15th Street from
the center line of Fullerton Avenue to Irvine
26 Avenue.
27 4. The south side of 15th Street from Irvine
2$ Avenue to Clay Street.
5. The east and west sides of Irvine Avenue from
29 Haven Place to 15th Street.
30 6. The west side of Irvine Avenue from 15th Street
to 16th Street.

7, Laurel Place from Irvine Avenue to end.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager is author -
ized and directed to cause signs to be posted on such streets
giving notice of such panting restriction,
