1 RESOLUTION NO. 6095
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE A
3 PUBLIC STREET IN TRACT NO. 3201

51 WHEREAS, on May 9, 1960, the City Council approved a
6 final subdivision tract map for Tract No. 3201; and
7i WHEREAS, at the time Tract No. 3201 was approved the City
8 Council rejected an offer to dedicate as a public street that
91 certain street right-of-way within said tract designated as Quail
10 Street, as shown on the map of Tract No. 3201 recorded on May 19,
11 1960, in Book, 130, page 25, of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
12 Orange County, California; and
13 WHEREAS) quail Street was subsequently improved to City
14 street standards; and
15 YREAS, the City Council desires to rescind its prior
16 rejection of the offer to dedicate Quail Street.and to accept and
17 open Quail Street for public use pursuant to the authority granted
18 by Section 11616 of the Business and Professions Code of the State
19 of California;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
21 the City of Newport Beachi
22 1. That the prior action of the City Council rejecting
23 the offer to dedicate Quail Street as a public street is hereby
24 rescinded.
25 2. That quail Street, as shown on the map of Tract No.
26 3201 recorded on May 19, 1960, in Book 130, page 25, of Miscellane-
27 ous Maps, records of Orange County, California, is hereby accepted
28 by the City of Newport Beach as a public street.
29 3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a
30 certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of
31 the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
32 ADOPTED this 11th day of ian19 1965.
