RESOLUTION NO. 6103
A RESCLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT.BZACK AUTHORIZING TIE EXECUTION OF.A
CONTs3ACT WITI-Y THi. CALIFCRNIL STATE DEPARTMENT
OF FINANCE
HZ0EAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain contract with the California
State Department of Finance for an estimate of population of the
City of Newport Beach by said department; and
WERZL S, the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
equitable;
NOU', ^tHEBEFORZ, BE IT RESOLV3D that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
ADOPTED this 25th day of January, 1965.
