2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
RrEW20aT MACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION
3 OF THE LIFEGUARD M&DgUARTIE S

i5 MIMEAS, pursuant to the Notice Inviting Bids for work
6 consisting of the construction of the Lifeguard Headquarters in the
7 City of Newport Leach, in accordance with the plans and specifica-
8 tions heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 3rd day of
9 February, 1965, and publicly opened and declared; and
10 €gHZREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
11 therefor is R. F. Grandy;
12 NOS$, TIMMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of E. F.
13 Grandy in the amount of $63,678 be accepted and that the contract
14 for the construction work be awarded to said bidder.
15 BE IT FURTHER that the Kayor and City Clerk are
16 hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accordance
17 with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the City
18 of Newport Reach, and that the City Clerk be directed to furnish
19 an executed copy to the successful bidder.
