PC4PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF LIT
3 ANIMAL CONTROL AGIt ::MYENT WITH ALBERT E.
4 STOCKTON, V.1 -1,D,
5 WHEBLEAS, there has been presented to the City Council
6 of the City of Newport Beach a certain animal control agreement
7 with Albert E. Stockton, V,RM.D., for the receiving and caring for
8 fowl and animals impounded-by the City under its ;Municipal Code
9 and other services in connection therewith; and
10 Uid,.'°S, the City Council has considered the terms and
11 conditions of said agreement and found them to be reasonable and
12 equitable;
13 NO "w8, TgZ2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said animal control
14 agreement be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
15 authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
1611 City of Newport Beach.
17 ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1965.
