A 22SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEM CITY OF
t. PORT BEACH ACCZ TING A PUBLIC UTILITY MMIMT
g1IM ° S, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation,
caner, Charles Ullman and Elichard I. Stewart, lessees, aeuben,s,
Inc., sins - lessee, and .john R. McIntosh, ,Fames L. Cray and William
C. McIntyre, lessees, have executed and delivered to the City of
Newport ;each a public utility easement dated September 30, 1964
granting to the City an easement for the construction, operation,
maintenance of eater line and appurtenances in, over and under that
certain real property situated in the city of N®eport Beach, county
of Orange, state of California, described as follows:
A strip of land 3.30 feet in width in sots 1, 2 and
3, Tract No. 5361 as per map recorded in book 190,
pages 47 and 48 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office
of the county recorder of said county, lying south-
erly of and contiguous to the southerly line of that
certain 5.00 foot easement for public utility purposes
to the City o£ Nee�port Beach as shoran on said tract
map, the southerly line of said strip of land to be
extended easterly to intersect the northeasterly line
of said Lot 1.
SUBJECT TO any and all existing easements, rights of way and
other matters of record or apparent;
1,:11.:52 it is to the interest of the City to accept said
public utility easement for such purposes;
NOTH, TIEREFOILU2 BE IT RESOLVED that said public utility
easement is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized andd,
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent, to its recording and to record said document in the
County 3ecorder's office.
ADOPTED this 8th day of Harch, 1965.
