RESOLUTION NO. 6275
1 .A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF 101 -MRT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
P. A LICENSE AGREEKENT WITH JOHN CHARLES KIRK

G,WREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
4
-�_ the City of Newport Beach a certain License Agreement between the
5
City of Newport Beach and John Charles Kirk, wherein the City
6
grants to John Charles Kirk a license, privilege and right of
7
operating a lunch stand and live bait and tackle concession on
8
the Balboa Pier for a term of three years beginning January 1,
9
1966; and
10
I- RiEREEAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
11
conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and
12
equitable;
13
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
14
Clerk are hereby authorized and. directed to execute said agree -
15
ment on behalf of the City of.Newport Beach.
