5 TIF"I aS, the City of Newport Beach and Noel H. Phoenix
6 and Betty Lou Phoenix are parties to a license agreement dated
7 January 1, 1964, under which the licensees have a license, privi-
8 lege and sight of operating a lunch stand and live bait con -
9 cession on the Ideuport Pier for a term of three years ending on
10 December 31, 19666; and
11 Ciai:s5YA13, it appears desirable to amend said license
12 agreement by adding a paragraph thereto setting forth additional
13 provisions relating to the maintenance and repair ob the building
14 and e uipL nt and keeping of the deck. of the pier in a clean
15 condition; and
16 NZM72,:iS, such an amendment to said license agreement has
17 been presented to the City Council, and the City Council has con -
18 sidered the teams and conditions thereof and found them to be
19 fair and equitable;
20 N015, TIy::R FOIdi^., BE IT RESOLIM that said amendment to
21 license agreement be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
22 authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
23 City of Newport Beach.
