1 RESOLUTION No. 6279
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NM,RORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
3 AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES (ADDITIONS
TO MARINERS LIBRARY)

5 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement for architectural
7 services between the City of Newport Beach and William E. Blurock
8 & Associates in connection with the construction of additions to
9 the existing library building in Mariners Park; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms of
11 the agreement and found them to be fair and reasonable;
12 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
13 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
14 directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport
15 Beach.
16 ADOPTED this 24th day of January 9 1966.
