A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Oar

NMrTORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASaM22NT

17HEams , The Irvine Company, a &jest Virginia ccrporatio

and Philco Corporation, a Delaware corporation, have executed and
4
delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Easement for
5
street and highway purposes over all that certain land situated
6
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of Cali -
7
forma, described as follows:

That portion of Block 56 of Irvine's Subdivision as per map
recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Record
9
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of
11
Ford Road, 84 feet in width as described in the deed
recorded July 2, 1965, in Book 7581, Page 7 of Official
12
Records of said County with a line parallel with and
110.00 feet westerly, measured at right angles, from
13
the centerline of MacArthur Boulevard, 100 feet in
width, as described in the deed recorded July 25, 1940,
14
in Book 104.7, Page 557 of Official Records of said
County; thence North 12° 36' 3090 West 28.21 feet along
15
said parallel line to the point.of cusp of a tangent
curve concave northwesterly having a radius of 30.00
16
feet; thence southerly and southwesterly 45.27 feet
along said curve through anatgle of 86' 28' 3830 to the
17
point of tangency with said northerly line of Ford Road
being a curve concave southerly having a radius of
18
1430.00 feet, a radial to said point bears North
160 07' 5290 west; thence easterly 28.20 feet along said
19
curve through an angle of 1° 07' 4798 to the point of
beginning.

SU13JECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
21
apparent;

and
23 &911:REAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
24 said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
25 NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease -
26 ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
27 ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
28 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
29 County Recorder's office.
30 ADOPTED this 14th day of February , 1966.
