RESOLUTION NO. 6294

A MSOLUTION OF TEE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
2 NZ7-TPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT

T-THE'REAS, The Irvine Company, a ul'est Virginia corpor-
4
ation, and Philco Corporation, a Delaware corporation, have exe-
5
cuted and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Grant of Ease -
6
ment for street and highway purposes over all that certain land
7
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
8
California, described as follows-
9
That portion of Block 56 of Irvine's Subdivision as shoran
on a map recorded in Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous Record
10
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of the County of
Orange, California, described as follows-
11
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Tract No. 4705,
12
as shown on a map recorded in Book 186, Pages 31 through
34 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps of said county; thence
13
northeasterly 546.36 feet along the easterly line of said
Tract No. 4705, being a curve concave northwesterly and
14
having a radius of 1200.00 feet, through an angle of
26° 05' 1181 to the northerly terminus of said curve, a
15
radial to said terminus bears South 65° 25' 3789 East;
thence South 65° 25' 3798 East 50.00 feet along said radial
16
to a point on the easterly line of Jamboree Road, 100 feet
in width, as described in the deed recorded November 20,
17
1957, in Book 4110, Page 10 of Official Records of said
county, said point being the true point of beginning;

thence leaving said easterly line South 24° 34' 2399 West
54.33 feet to the beginning of a curve concave northwesterly
19
having a radius of 1307.16 feet; thence southwesterly 455.18
feet along said curve through an angle of 190 57' 05' to the
20
beginning of a reverse curve concave easterly having.a rad-
ius of 30.00 feet; thence southwesterly, southerly, and
21
southeasterly 46.55 feet along said curve through an angle
of 88' 54' 0598 to a point of tangency on the northerly line
22
of Ford Road,.84.00 feet in width, as described in the
deed recorded July 2, 1965, in Book 7581, ?age 7 of
23
Official Records; thence North 44° 21' 3788 West 58.62 feet
to said easterly line of Jamboree Road; being a curve con -
24
cave northeasterly having a radius of 1250.00 feet; *hence
northerly 542.32 feet along said curve through an angle of
25
24' 51' 3081 to the true point of beginning.

I SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
apparent;

said Grant of Easement for such purposes;

went is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and

directed to execute and attach whereto a certificate of accept-
ance and consent to its recor6ing and to record said document
in the County Recorder's office,
