:FIX -RUS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-
4 ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a
5 Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes over all that
6 certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
7 Orange, State of California, described as follows:
8 That portion of Block 56 of Irvine's Subdivision as
per map recorded in Book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous
9 Record Naps in the office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line
11 of Ford Road, 84 feet in width as described in the
deed recorded July 2, 1965, in Book 7581, Page 7 of
12 Official Records of said County with a line parallel
with and 110.00 feet westerly, measured at right angles,
13 from the centerline of MacArthur Boulevard, 100 feet in
width, as described in the deed recorded July 25, 1940,
14 in Book 104.7, Page 557 of Official Records of said County;
thence South 12° 36' 30" East 32.12 feet along said parallel
15 line to the point of cusp of a tangent curve concave south-
westerly having a radius of 30.00 feet; thence northerly
16 and northwesterly 49.17 feet along said curve through an
angle of 93° 54' 3201 to the point of tangency with said
17 southerly line of Ford Road being a curve concave southerly
having a radius of 1346.00 feet, a radial to said point
18 bears North 16° 31' 0211 West; thence easterly 31.73 feet
along said curve through an angle of 1° 21' 5901 to the
19 point of beginning.
20 SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
apparent;

said Grant of Easement for such purposes;

NOWT, sI FOR , BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of aase-
25
meet is hereby accepted and the City Cleric is authorized and dir-
26
ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
27
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
28
County Recorder's office.
