ET:. -, ° S, the City did on September 24, 1962 enter into
an agreement with Columbia Outdoor Advertising for the use of City
property located at the southeast corne-P of Broolchurst and Adams
Streets in the City of Huntington Beach; and
?alr�AS, the above agreement has been found difficult
to interpret and enforce; and
WHEREAS, Columbia Outdoor Advertising has offered to
e3;ecute an advertising agreement. under =shish the City would be
paid X450 per month for the use of said property as specified in
said advertising agreement; and
IJYMIsAS, it appears to be in the interest of the City
to authorize the execution of said agreement;
D1OGY, Ti'�i 47CRv., 8Ta IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and
City Clerk be and are hereby authorized to execute said agreemen_
on behalf of the City of P1ewport Beach.
ADOPTED this 14th lay of February 1966.
