OF NE RORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT..OF. EAS &ENT
4 WIEREASO Orange Coast Young Hents Christian Association,
5 a corporation- executed and delivered to the City of Newport
611 Beach a Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes over all
711 that certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
8 Orange, State of California, described as follows:
9 The Southwesterly 50.00 feet of Parcel "I" as per
map filed in Book 3, Page 35 of Parcel -Paps in the
10 office of the.County Recorder of said Orange County,
11 SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or
apparent;

1411 1rRat:RFAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept said
15 Grant of Easement for such purposes;
16 NTdj THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Easement
17 is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
18 execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent
19 to its recording and to record said document in the County Recorders,
20 office.
