NEWPORT BEACH AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR. TIM, CON-.

6 WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work
7 consisting of the construction of pavement and sidewalk additions
8 at Corona del liar City and State Beach Park, in the City of New -
9 port Beach, in accordance with the plans and specifications here -
10 tofore adopted, bids were received on the 26th day of January,
11 1967, and publicly opened and declared; and
12 T-1HEREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
13 therefor is Sully- Miller Contracting Company;
14 NOW,.TIIEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the bid or"
15 Sully - Miller Contracting Company, in the amount of ;5,786.70, be
16 accepted and that the contract for the construction work be
17 awarded to said bidder.
18 BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Cleric
19 are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in accord -
20 ance with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf of the
21 City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed to
22 furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
23 ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 1967.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6512 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of February 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
