RESOLUTION NO, 6528
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MTPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EZECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT.OF TUSTIN AND IRVINE AVENUES BETWEEN
SANTA ISABEL AND MONTE VISTA AVENUES
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and the County of
Orange contemplate doing certain improvement work on Tustin and
Irvine Avenues between Santa Isabel and Monte Vista Avenues lying
within City and County boundaries; and
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach an agreement between the City and the
County providing for such work, with the cost thereof to be shared
by the City and County in the manner set out therein; and
WHEREAS. the City Council has considered the terms and
conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and
and determined it to be in the interests of the City and the im-
provements to be necessary;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach,
ADOPTED this 13th day of March , 1967.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 13th day of March , 1967,
