2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF
Nh7iPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EaMCUTION OF A
3 CONTRACT. FO R ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH WILLIAM ON
AND. SCT�41D CIVIL- ENGINEERS

5 TMMUI AS, there has been presented to the City Council of
6 the City of Newport Beach a certain contract between the City of
7 Newport Beach and Williamson and Sc1-amid Civil Engineers for
8 engineering services in connection with a public works project
9 which is generally described as the improvement of Irvine /Tustin
10 Avenue from 22nd Street to University Drive; and
11 WIMREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
12 conditions of said contract and found them to be fair and
1311 equitable;
14 NOWd THEREFORE, BE IT RES0LVED that said contract for
15 engineering services is approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
16 hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of
17 the City of Newport Beach.
18 ADOPTED this loth day of April 1957.
