P. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT.-OF EASEMENT

6 REAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corpor-
ation, has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach

a Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes over all that
7
certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
8
Orange, State of California, described as follows:

A strip of land, 84.00 feet in width, in Lot 2,
Tract
No. 1125, as per map recorded in Book 39,
10
pages 7 and 8 of Miscellaneous Maps in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, the center
11
line of said strip of land being described as
follows:

Commencing at the intersection of the center line
13
of Lover Drive, 130.00 feet wide, with the center
line of Sixteenth Street, 60.00 Beet wide as said
14
intersection is shown on a map filed in Book 1,
page 50 of Parcel Plaps; thence at right angles to
15
said center line of :Dover Drive South 64° 31' 302`
East 50.00 feet to the T's3JE POINT OF BEGINNING

on the Southeasterly right_o. way line of said
Dover Drive; thence continuing South 64° 31' 307°
17
East 190.15 feet to the beginning of a curve con=
cave Northerly having a radius of 400.00 feet;

thence Easterly 202.83 feet along said curve through
an angle of 29 03' 11" to a point, a radial to said
19
point bears South 3° 34' 4141 East.

The intersection of each sideline of said 84.00
foot strip of land with the Southeasterly -right
21
of way line of said Dover Drive to be rounded
with a 30.00 foot radius tangent curve.

A portion of the above described land is shown

as Parcel 2 on the map filed in Book 1, page 50
of Parcel Maps in the office OfL the County Recorder

of said Orange County.

SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record
or apparent;

WHEMAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept

said Grant of Easement for such purposes;

NOW2 THEREFORE, BE IT r ESOLVED that said Grant of 'Ease-

ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-

ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance

1 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
2 County Recorder's office.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 655_ was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
