&TAEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work

consisting of the removal and reconstruction of the 15th Street
7
public pier in the City of Newport Beach, in accordance wlth the
8
plans and specifications heretofore adopted, bids were received
9
on the 6th day of June, 1467, and publicly opened and declared;
10
and

3 REAS, it appears that thelowest responsible bidder
12
therefor is Trautwein Brothers;
13
NC WO T11EREFCM2 BE IT RZSCLVED that the bid of
14
Trautweln Brothers in the amount of $9,585 for Items l and 2 be
15
accepted and that the contract for the construction work be
16
awarded to said bidder.

BE IT FLJ s,:M1 MSOLVED that the k�ayor and City Clerk
18
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in
19
accordance with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf
20
of the City of Newport. Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed
21
to furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
