RESOLUTION NO. 6586
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING KEY PERSONNEL POSITIONS
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 5289, which establishes personnel
. policies for City employees, authorizes the City Council on recom-
mendation of the City Manager to designate key personnel positions
by resolution; and
WHEREAS', Resolution No. 6404 contains the current list
of- positions designated as keyrpersonnel; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the list
of key personnel positions be revised and the City Council has
reviewed said recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that effective Julv 1 ,
1967, Resolution -No. 6404 is rescinded and that, pursuant'to Resolu-
tion No. 5289 establishing personnel policies for City employees,
as it now exists, or any succeeding resolutions, the following is
a list of positions which are established as key personnel positions:
Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistant - Harbor
Administrative Assistant to
the City Manager
Assistant Building Director
Assistant City Attorney
Assistant City Manager
Assistant Civil Engineer
Assistant General Services
Director
Assistant Marine Safety
Director
Assistant Personnel Officer
Assistant Police Chief
Assistant Public Works Director -
City Engineer
Associate Civil Engineer
Associate Planner
Building Director
City Librarian
Deputy Fire Chief
Finance Director

General Services Director

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6586 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 26th day of June , 1967,
