RESOLUTION NO, 6591
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH EXTENDING THE SERVICE AGREEMENT
WITH INTEGRATED.DATA.CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and Integrated Data
Corporation, a service bureau, are parties to an agreement under
which said service bureau performs certain services in connection
with the preparation of the City's payrolls and various payroll
reports, which agreement will expire on June 30, 1967; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that those services continue
to be performed for the City and both parties wish to extend their
service agreement as hereinafter provided under the same terms and
conditions as the existing agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby extends the service agreement with Integrated Data Corpor-
ation for a term of one year commencing July 1, 1967, subject to
the right of either party to terminate said agreement at an earlier
date by giving thirty days' written notice thereof to the other
party.
ADOPTED this 26th day of June, 1967.
