RESOLUTION NO. 6611
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (RESUBDIVISION N0. 227)
WITH ROBERT C. BURT AND ELEANOR.B, BURT
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council
of the City of Newport Beach an agreement entitled "Improvement
Agreement (Resubdivision No. 227) " in which Robert C. Burt and
Eleanor B. Burt, owners of Lots 13 and 14, Tract 1257, Corona Del
Mar, the subject of Resubdivision No. 227, agree to construct
certain improvements required as a condition of approval of said
resubdivision; and
WHEREAS, said owners have furnished security to assure
the faithful performance under said agreement in accordance with
the Newport Beach Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said agreement and
found the same to be fair and equitable and in accordance with the
provisions of the Code;
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City of Newport Beach at such time as said
security is approved by the City Manager as to su£fidency and the
City Attorney as to form.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6611 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 24th day of July , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
