RESOLUTION NO. 6616
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
!1HEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia
1. has executed and delivered to the City of Newport Beach a Public
Utility Easement, which grants to the City an easement for public
utility purposes for the construction, operation and maintenance
of a water line and appurtenances in, under, along and over that
certain real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
and
The Westerly 3.00 feet of Lot 32 and the Easterly
3.00.feet of Lot 33, Tract..4003 as per map recorded
in Book 188, pages 13.to 19 inclusive, of Miscel-
laneous Maps in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County.
SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record
or apparent;
T,=REAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Public Utility Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Public Utility
Easement is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County Recorders office.
ADOPTED this 24th day of July 1967.
