51, WHEREAS, there has been delivered to the City of Newport
6 Beach a certain grant deed dated June 30, 1967, wherein Stephen F.

7 Jeffers, a married man, grants to the City the following described
8 real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
9i of California.
10 The northeasterly 15 feet of Lot 5, Block F,
Seashore Colony Tract as shown on a map
11 recorded in Book..7, Page 25 of Miscellaneous
1 Maps in the office of the County Recorder of
Orange County, California..
1311 Except the Southeasterly 4 feet thereof;
1411 and
15 WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
16 said grant deed,-
17 NMI, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said grant deed is
18 hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and directed to
19I execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance and consent

201 to its recording and to record said document in the County Record -
