A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
21 NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT'..OF EASEMENT

4I� WHEREAS, The Irvine Company, a West Virginia corporation
5. has executed and delivered to the City of-Newport Beach a Grant of
i
6 Easement which grants to the City an easement for street and high-
7 way purposes over all that certain land situated in the City of
8 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, described as
9 follows:
10 That portion of Lot "A ", Tract No. 6113 as per map
11 recorded in Book_226,,pages 20 to 22 inclusive, of
Miscellaneous flaps in the office of the County Re-
121 corder of said County, described as follows:
That certain spandrel area bounded on the Southeast
13 by the Southeasterly line of said Lot "A ", on the
Northeast by the Northeasterly line of.said lot
141 and on the West by a 20.00 foot radius curve con -
151 cave Westerly and tangent to said Southeasterly
line and said Northeasterly line.
16 SUBJECT TO easements and rights of way of record or apparent;
17 and
18 T^]HEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept sai
19 Grant of Easement;
20 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVER that said Grant of Ease -
21 went is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
22 ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
23 and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
24 County Recorder's office.
25 ADOPTED this 14th day of Ausust , 1967.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6625 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of August , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
