RESOLUTION NO. 6626
A RESOLUTION OF `iHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ACCEPTING A GRANT-OF EASEMENT FROM
'AWAZI J. CAGNEY .4X JMMS CAGNEY
UEREAS, William J. Cagney, a single man, and James
Cagney, as trustee, have exeucted and delivered to the City of
Newport Beach a Grant of Easement for street and highway purposes
over all that certain land situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
and
A portion of Lot 172, Block 1, and a portion of Lot 169,
Block 2, of Irvine's Subdivision, as shown on a Map thereof,
recorded in Book 1, page 88 of Miscellaneous Record Maps,
Records of Orange County, California, more particularly
described as follows:
A strip of land'20.00 feet in width, being the south-
easterly 20.00 feet of the Northwesterly 50.00 feet
of Parcel No. 1 of Parcel Map, filed in Book 7, par-e
38,Records of Orange County, California, except that
portion thereof lying Northerly of that certain
course having a bearing of North 81° 16' 00" *nest
and a distance of 64.91 feet as shown on said parcel
map;
WHEREAS, it is to the interest of the City to accept
said Grant of Easement for such purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said Grant of Ease-
ment is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized and dir-
ected to execute and attach thereto a certificate of acceptance
and consent to its recording and to record said document in the
County ,Recorder's office.
ADOPTED this 14th day of August , 1967.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6626 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of August , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
