RESOLUTION NO. 6627
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NM-Jv CRT BEACH, AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE
SEAL 'C®ATING FROGRk4.' _1967 -68 (QO TRACT NO.
112.4)
WHEREAS, pursuant to the notice inviting bids for work
consisting of the seal coating program, 1967 -68, in the City of
Newport Beach, in accordance with the plans and specifications
heretofore adopted, bids were received on the 1st day of August,
1967, and publicly opened and declared, and
WWREAS, it appears that the lowest responsible bidder
therefor is Chamber -Mix Concrete, Inc.;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the bid of
Chamber -Mix Concrete, Inc. in the amount of $10,176.00 be
accepted and that the contract for the construction work be
awarded to said bidder.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract in
accordance with the specifications, bid and this award on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be directed
to furnish an executed copy to the successful bidder.
ADOPTED this 14th day of August 1967.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach
filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6627 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 14th day of August , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Parsons, Marshall, Cook, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Gruber, Forgit
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: None
