11 RESOLUTION NO. 6628
P. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH DESIGNATING INTERSECTIONS AT. WHICH
3 VEHICLES ARE REQUIRED. TO STOP

5'. WHEREAS, Section 12.36.010 of the Newport Beach Munici-
i
6 pal Code provides that whenever an ordinance or resolution
7 designates and describes an intersection at which vehicles are
8 required to stop at one or more entrances thereto, the City
9 Traffic Engineer shall erect stop signs at those entrances of
10 such intersection where a stop is required and every driver of
11 a vehicle shall stop at such intersection; and
12 WHEREAS, certain intersections should be designated as
13 intersections where vehicles are required to stop at one or more
14I entrances thereto as hereinafter provided;
15 NOW, THEREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
16 the City of Newport Beach that the following described inter -
17 sections are hereby designated as intersections where vehicles

18�I are required to stop at one or more entrances thereto:
19i 1. The intersection of Seville Avenue at M
Street, at each entrance to M Street.

2. The intersections of Sandcastle Drive and
21 Seafoam Drive at Marguerite Avenue, at
22 each entrance to Marguerite Avenue.
23 ADOPTED this 14th day of August , 1967.
