A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NE1PME T BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
REQUEST FOR COPY OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT AND NOTICE
OF SALE WITH RESPECT TO.A DEED OF TRUST _
MMEAS3, a lease exists on certain City -owned real
property in which the City is lessor and Balboa Bay Club, Inc.,
is lessees and
G11'.EAS, a portion of the leasehold estate of said lessees
has with the approval of the City been transferred by a deed of
trust as hereinafter set out; and
111HEREAS, it is in the interests oftthe City as lessor to
be advised if there should be any notice of default or notice of
sale filed with respect to such deed of trust;
YIMS Ti-71EREFCRE, BE IT RESOLVED that the mayor and City
Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
request for a copy of notice of default and notice of sale filed
with respect to the following deed of trust:
Deed of trust recorded as document No. 9664 on
August 15, 1967, in Book 5341 page 169, Official
Records of Orange County, California, in which
Balboa Bay Club, Inc., a Corporation, formerly
Urather Investment, Inc., a Corporation, is
trustor,.EPS Title Service Co., a California
corporation, is trustee, and Equitable Savings
and Loan Association, a California corporation,
is beneficiary.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to cause a copy of such request to
be recorded in the County Recorderls office in accordance with
Section 2924b of the Civil Code,
ADOPTED this 11:d day of September, 1967.

City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 11th day of September 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
