A ABSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
M PORT BEACH AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
EXECUTION OF A REQUEST -FOR RECOITVEYANCE ON A
DEED OF TRUST
F1FEREAS, the City of Newport Beach is named as beneficia
in a Deed of Trust dated July 15, 1964, and recorded in Book 7153,
page 993, of Official Records of Orange County, give_. to secure a
note executed by Coast Capital, Inc., dated July 15, 1964, in
favor of the City of Newport Beach in the amount of $55,333.32;
and
GER.EAS, the indebtedness to the City evidenced by said
note has been paid in full;
NOG?, THEREFORE, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The I -iayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed)
to execute the request for full reconveyance on the original of
said Deed of Trust.
2. The Director of Finance is authorized and directed
record payment in full on said note dated July 15, 1964.
3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to trans-
mit said Deed of Trust, note, and the policy of title insurance
issued by First American Title Zasurance & Trust Company dated
July 29, 1964, under Policy No. 1000253, to Orange County Title
Company as agent for Coast Capital, Inc., who is the trustor under
said Deed of Trust, the maker of said note, and the vestee u`n.der
said policy of title insurance.
ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1967.

do hereby certify that according to the records of the City of Newport Beach

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 25th day of September , 1967,
