111 RESOLUTION NO. 6646
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF.AN
3 AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE -FOR THE
Ik9VVEMENT_OF TUSTIN AND IRVINE AVENUES -
4 BETWEEN 22ND STREET.AND UNIVERSITY DRIVE
5 WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach and the County of
6 Orange contemplate doing certain improvement work on Tustin and
7 Irvine Avenues between 22nd Street and University Drive lying
8 within City and County boundaries; and
9 WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of
10 the City of Newport Beach an agreement between the City and the
11 County providing for such work, with the cost thereof to be shared
12 by the City and County in the manner set out therein; and
13 1,7HEREAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
14 conditions of said agreement and found them to be fair and equitab:
15 and determined it to be in the interests of the City and the
16 improvements to be necessary;
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said agreement is
18 approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
19 to execute the same on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.

filed and maintained in my office, the foregoing Resolution No. 6646 was
duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 25th day of September , 1967,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Rogers, Parsons, Gruber, Cook, Forgit,
Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: Marshall
