HORPORT BEACH AUTHORIZING THE =CUTION OF. AN -
3I AGREEMENT GTITR,STOTSENBERG,.BINDER & -CO. FOR
AUDITING. SERVICES

UIEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council

6I of the City of Newport Beach a certain agreement between the City
71 of Newport Beach and Stotsenberg, Binder & Co. for auditing
8 services for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1967; and
9 IM- ]REAS, the City Council has considered the terms and
101 conditions of said agreement and found said terms and conditions
llj to be reasonable and equitable;
12'! NOW2 TH=FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
13 City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to
141 execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Newport Beach.
151 ADOPTED this 9th day of October 1967.

duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, California, at a regular meeting of said City Council
held at the regular meeting place thereof, on the 9th day of October , 1967,
